We enjoy traveling. But mostly, we love to backpack. What's the difference?

Backpacking is an adventurous mentality. We do not spend our days sleeping in hotels and eating only at the hotel restaurant. For us, backpacking is about taking in as much as possible from the city / country you are visiting and doing so on a budget.  Don't confuse this with us saying we hate luxury hotels, and would never stay in an all-inclusive resort - on the contrary. We have stayed in everything from 10-bed hostels in Croatia, to a 5 star hotel in Berlin, to an all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta.

Typically, however, we prefer low budget, hostel style accommodations so we can save money and see as many sites as possible, taste tons of new food, and jump between cities and countries at a reasonable cost. Our purpose through the backpacking lifestyle brand we've developed with imagine backpacking is to provide you with the resources you need to plan your dream backpacking adventure, no matter your starting budget, so you can go on the adventure you've always imagined.

Our goal at imagine backpacking is to get first time travellers out into the world. We also want to provide information for travellers who have adventured into neighbouring countries but want to take on their dream trip(s) around the world. In addition, we want to provide our best tips and tricks to experienced travellers who are always looking to expand their horizon, budget more wisely, and try alternative planning techniques. In all cases, for all travellers, our main objective is to provide our audience with the best budget information so you can plan and execute any backpacking trip on the budget you have. Our trips have ranged from $500 to $8000, and no, our longest trip was not the most expensive. Let us help you explore the world as affordable as possible.
